Emily Duval Ledger, CPT
Emily Duval Ledger has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since
2005, and is a Certified PWR!Moves Instructor (Parkinsonās-specific rehabilitation exercise).
She led a fitness company for over 13 years in Long Beach, CA that specialized in working with
clients living with neurologic conditions, helping to bridge the gap for their clients between
skilled PT and home exercise.
Emily was honored to be named the 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Long Beach
Chamber of Commerce, and was recognized by Mayor Robert Garcia in 2019 for her business
leadership and commitment to the city.
In 2021, Emily divided her company amongst her team to help them establish their own small
businesses, and to redirect her own focus towards training neuro clients and mentoring other
entrepreneurs. She became a Business Coach for NeuroSpark soon after, and loves helping
other passionate neuro business owners build and grow their visions.
