Terms and Conditions
ACCESS TO CONTENT: With a NeuroSpark membership, you pay for access to the content while you are a member as well as the other resources like the community, joining live calls, bonus days, etc. You are not purchasing NeuroSpark content to be kept. Because the content continues to grow with new modules added on an ongoing basis we cannot give individualized access to certain content. The platform does not offer flexibility with regard to accessing material once your membership term expires. Unless you purchase one of our stand-alone courses, which you keep for life, you can only access content in the membership during your active time inside NeuroSpark.
SATISFACTORY COMPLETION: Participants must view the entire course, complete each assessment with a score of 80% or higher, then complete an evaluation to receive a certificate of completion. Live attendance is tracked via zoom attendee logs. Self-paced attendance is tracked via progress reports in the learning management system used. Participants not fulfilling these requirements will not receive a certificate. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire course. No exceptions will be made. Partial credit is not available.
PRIVACY POLICY: All information that is submitted by the learner to NeuroCollaborative, as well as their learning records, is protected. This information will be stored and kept confidential and free from disclosure to third parties for a period of 7 years.
NeuroCollaborative may share learners Information and learning records as necessary, only with signed permission of the learner to release information, to state boards, employers or AOTA as requested. This information will be stored and kept confidential and free from disclosure to third parties for a period of 7 years. Sensitive personal or financial information, such as bank accounts will remain confidential in perpetuity.
Learner agrees that NeuroCollaborative is not responsible for any breaches in security or confidentiality by Kajabi, Stripe or Airtable.
COMPLAINTS: Learners who have complaints prior to, during or after a course in which they have registered are invited to email us at [email protected] at any time. We will provide a response to them within 1 week or less with a resolution to their inquiry.
DISCLOSURE POLICY: NeuroCollaborative and each instructor will disclose financial and non-financial interests in any product, instrument, device, service, or material discussed during the activity and the source of any compensation related to the presentation.
Continuing education units will only be awarded for relevant educational activities that primarily focus on evidence-informed and occupation-centered practice and not product or service promotion.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are so sure you will LOVE the program like the hundreds who've already been enjoying it that we will give you a full refund if you decide it's not for you for any reason at all. Simply email our team at [email protected] and we will gladly refund your full Annual or Quadrimester investment inside the 30 day period.
If the NeuroCollaborative needs to cancel a learning activity, there will be reasonable attempts to reschedule the activity. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued back to the participant.
