Dr. Mowder is a physical therapist whose primary joy is treating people with neurological deficits in the pro-bono clinic at Nazareth College in Rochester, NY where she is a professor.
She has over 25 years of experience in a multitude of clinical settings with the majority of experience working with people with neuromuscular deficits.
J.J. conducts nationwide seminars on the Treatment of Patients with Neurological deficits, Spinal Cord injuries, Balance challenges, Motor learning and Exercise Prescription for the Aging Adult.
A true leader in the field, In 2017, she was the recipient of the Award for Excellence in Neurologic Education from the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy of the American Physical Therapy Association.
