We invited Oscar Gallardo, fellow neuro therapist and passionate advocate for the profession to discuss what it is like being latino in the profession.  Plus we’ll discuss where we need to go to improve diversity, inclusion, and access both in the profession and in the patients we serve and why it starts VERY early on.
