148: From Neuro PT to Neuro Health Coach with Dr. Anne Gould-Ruete, PT, DPT, NCS

On today’s show we’re excited to talk with longtime NeuroSpark member, Anne Gould-Ruete. Anne is a Health Coach and Board Certified Neurologic Physical Therapist specializing in working with people with Parkinson's and other chronic conditions. She has a passion for supporting people in understanding the foundational aspects of health and wellness and making healthy lifestyle changes that will help them live their best lives. 

Although she continues to do a mix of therapy, teaching and health coaching she recently found a desire to go beyond what she was able to do in traditional therapy sessions and build a new business and model that provided her clients with the tools to understand their barriers to a better life and create lasting behavior change.

This is a great episode for anyone who wants to work with people beyond a traditional model of care and who is interested in expanding what the healthcare system could look like.
