Being a therapist these days can be tough. Especially if you don't have enough time or resources at work, right?Â
And if you’re like most clinicians we work with, you're practically running from patient to patient during your busy day. It's hard to stay creative, engaged and up to date with the latest research let alone apply it to your complex caseload.  After all, you got into this job to help people...
...not spend all your lunch breaks and evenings on documentation!
You're probably wondering:
How much longer you can keep up this pace. Wondering, will it ever get any better? Â Will you ever be able to help your patients reach their highest potential when you feel worn out like this?Â
THINKING YOU HAVE TO DO IT ALL YOURSELF IS KEEPING YOUR PATIENTS FROM MAKING THE PROGRESS THEY'RE CAPABLE OF!
Don't feel bad. It's not your fault! Our healthcare culture makes you feel overly responsible. You're not just clocking in, clocking out. Yet you still feel like you should be doing more. Reading more research. Thinking of more creative interventions. Attending more weekend courses. You already work more than you want to because you actually care if your patients get better.
Â
Â
Most people think in order to stay up to date with the latest research and learn the most innovative treatment ideas, they have to give up their nights and weekends spending hours reading and taking long courses...Â
Or they have to leave their current job, throw their personal life to the side, and join a residency or fellowship for more work and less pay...
Â
Can you blame them for thinking that?
MENTORSHIP ISN'T HARD TO FIND, EXPENSIVE OR TIME CONSUMING... THE TRUTH IS YOU'RE JUST NOT LOOKING IN THE RIGHT PLACE...Â
And if you don't figure out where to get the kind of mentorship that keeps you up to date and connected to the latest innovations, then unfortunately the fatigue you feel could quickly turn into burnout.
All the years you spent in school and in practice and all of the dollars spent on your education will just make you feel tired.
I mean... the rate that clinicians are leaving the profession - giving up on their dream because they don't see another way - is alarming.
Or maybe you're not going to leave but just live in burn out. Getting more and more drained everyday because you don't see another way.
But it doesn't have to be like that.
But you didn't know that... UNTIL NOW! Â
Â
Helps you feel more confident in every patient session no matter who you're working withÂ
Keeps you up to date with the latest research without you spending hours finding it yourself
Prevents lost weekends and thousands of dollars spent by giving you exactly the tools you need in less time
Grows your clinical techniques and skills effortlessly while you're having fun!
And... it does all of this for you without YOUÂ having to sacrifice hours of your personal time
MENTORSHIP FOCUSED ON KNOWLEDGE APPLICATIONÂ IS NOT ONLY THE EASIEST WAY TO GET CREATIVE IDEASÂ FOR YOUR PATIENTS, IT ALSO:

ESSENTIAL COMPONENT 3:
POWER NETWORK
The single most important ingredient to creating impact
"The Best Way To Predict The Future Is To Create It Together" -Joe Echevarria
Let's be honest. Healthcare today isn't where we want it. Not for patients. Not for healthcare workers.  If you dream of increased access to specialty care, having gaps filled so everyone who needs care gets it without delay or getting lost in the system, and knowing exactly how to help every person with a neurologic condition so they have the opportunity to recover to their full potential, then you're already one of us.  And it doesn't happen by working solo. Behind every movement is a community of people dedicated to its cause. Â
If a flower doesn't bloom, you don't blame the flower. You blame the soil in which it grows. Â Your network or COMMUNITYÂ is the SOIL you need to become the skilled clinical expert your patients need you to be. Do you have the right soil to bloom?
Guaranteed you can't think of a single expert, master, or clinical guru who doesn't have a powerful community of like-minded others. Why should you be any different?
Interactive mentorship and collaboration through live webinars, submitting patient cases, posting patient questions, direct communication with mentors and peers on an ongoing basis, 24/7!
Inside Essential Component #3, You'll Uncover:
- The sneaky way to get your coworkers to ask "Where'd you learn that?" or "How'd you get so good at ___?" "Can you show me?"
- The truth about what it really takes to feel excited on your commute to work, instead of tired.
- The most important factor for creating massive change in your clinic's system (and beyond) by impacting one of YOUR patients at a time.
- The BOOST you've been looking for in your knowledge application.
At this point you can see that NeuroSpark has transformed the practice of hundreds of clinicians - and with that ripple effect - thousands of patients. Â But it's time for you to make a choice. Â
 ...
The first choice is to do nothing. And as you already know, if you choose nothing... then nothing changes. You can continue spending your weekends at courses and conferences spending more money and learning more information than you can possibly remember. Â And you can continue wishing you had access to the instructor who taught the course so you could ask follow up questions...
BUT if you already know you want to grow your expertise, build mastery in your skills, help your patients uncover their hidden potential, then your choice is obvious: Join us inside NeuroSpark to get continuing education based on the science of learning and become the expert clinician you are meant to be!

Claire McLean, PT, DPT, NCS
Board Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy
Hi, I'm Claire, co-founder of NeuroCollaborative.Â
I'm a physical therapist passionate about working with people who have Parkinson disease. I love implementing the research which supports specific exercise programs and other wellness activities that people can do to improve their health and impact their Parkinson’s progression over their life.
I earned my doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Southern California, and completed the Rancho/USC neurologic residency program. I'm trained and certified in pretty much all the Parkinsons courses, PWR!, LSVT Big, Rock Steady Boxing, ATTP, etc.
Early in my career, after seeing the incredible potential in people with Parkinson’s, I knew I found my calling.
I founded Rogue Physical Therapy & Wellness to offer ongoing access to high quality exercise in Orange County California. Rogue recently moved into a new 6,000 square foot gym so we'll be able to grow! And since the pandemic, I started an online exercise + wellness membership called Rogue In Motion, available to people anywhere in the world!
